DealBridge Terms of Service

DealBridge provides transaction-record, checkout-link, payment-status, and shipping-status tools for eligible person-to-person sales. Stripe processes payments. DealBridge does not store raw card numbers.

Not escrow or a marketplace guarantee

DealBridge is not an escrow service and does not promise that every buyer, seller, item, shipment, or transaction is risk-free. Users remain responsible for accurately describing items, complying with law, and fulfilling agreed transaction terms.

Seller payout timing

Where supported, seller payout release may occur after buyer delivery confirmation or a verified carrier delivery event. Payment processing, connected-account eligibility, disputes, refunds, reserves, and payout timing remain subject to Stripe rules and applicable law.

Prohibited activity

Users may not use DealBridge for illegal goods, regulated or prohibited items, fraud, misleading listings, stolen property, or attempts to bypass payment or identity controls.

Disputes and refunds

Refund and dispute outcomes may depend on the transaction facts, Stripe procedures, card-network rules, and applicable law. DealBridge does not guarantee a particular outcome.
